The International Labour Organisation (ILO) is a United Nations agency, bringing together governments, employers and workers’ representatives. It sets labour standards, develops policies and develops programmes promoting decent work for all women and men. You can browse per topic (such as gender equality, disability and work, labour migration, etc.) or by specific sector (e.g. construction, education, health services, etc.) to find countless publications, videos, news items, articles, images and projects. Webinars are regularly posted on the website which is available in English, French and Spanish.

The ILO also has a Women’s Entrepreneurship Development Programme, which supports female entrepreneurs in developing countries and which aims to develop the capacity of service providers to better support women in starting and growing their businesses.

The International Training Centre of the ILO runs training, learning and services for governments, organisations and partners that support decent work and sustainable development.
