The Latvian Business Women Association brings together 39 women’s organisations from across the country. The association organises mentoring and training programmes designed to help women achieve economic independence. It is a strong advocate of gender equality and aims to elevate the status of women, both at home and in the workplace. The association is particularly focused on women living in underdeveloped rural regions, as well as young people with fewer opportunities.
