European stakeholders and policymakers join forces this Wednesday at the European Parliament to discuss how to promote and support women entrepreneurship. The seminar is organised by WEgate, the European Commission platform for women entrepreneurs and hosted by MEP Angelika Mlinar.
Participants are invited to help shape the future of WEgate. They will have a chance to discuss what the platform can do to further support women entrepreneurs and foster collaboration between different stakeholders.
It is also an opportunity for policymakers and stakeholders to exchange views and good practices on female entrepreneurship.
The seminar’s main topics include: encouraging women into tech; supporting women entrepreneurs in growing their businesses; policies to support women entrepreneurship; role models and ambassadors; boosting women leadership; role of private companies; and cooperation between different organisations.
